Erik Otto

Erik Otto visually illustrates a beautiful dream battled by an undercurrent of destruction. His paintings take the viewer to a place where chaos meets peace and loose meets refinement. Otto intuitively creates his works with found objects and recycled materials, providing an inherent history. 

His choice of materials earned Otto a residency at the San Francisco Dump (2009-2010) where he further explored these themes.
