SF Expert Picks Shooting Gallery

We were ecstatic to be chosen in the SF Gate‘s article, “Native Son in Torrid Affair with S.F.,” as one of the most appreciated parts of town. In the ranks with Palace of the Legion of Honor and Aquarius Records, we were flattered by these words of David Katznelson:

“Justin Giarla and Andres Guerrero are my favorite art curators, presenting both first-time artists and some of the biggest names (shout-out to Mike Davis and Ausgang!). With their film ‘New Brow,’ they have further defined the cutting-edge, street-smart, no-pomp scene they have been celebrating for years. Their art openings are the biggest blasts, attracting an amazing cross-section of enthusiasts, and for a new collector there are always reasonably priced pieces that would look great on any wall.”

massive lines and crowds by you.

Unfortunately Andres Guerrero is no longer with the gallery, but we enjoyed the feedback on “New Brow.” David seems to be the go-to man for any “best of”: we also made it onto this 2025 list by David in Arthur. We appreciate the continued support!
