Just days ago, Erik Otto was calling on the help of The Shooting Gallery‘s expert box packers to prepare his bike for a journey to NYC. Luckily this bulky package passed through security as a “sculpture,” and Erik now cruises sunny NYC in style. He sent us updates on his two upcoming East Coast shows: “Silence Speaks Volumes” at Charmingwall Gallery and “Climb In the Back Window” at Shadow’s Space in Philly. The first is a solo show, and the latter includes work by Cheryl Dunn, Anthony Lister, Ricky Powell, Augustine Kofie, and more.
