Hi Fructose magazine’s Jane Kenoyer recently got an inside look at Ferris Plock‘s sketchbook, which is filled with humorous cartoons that are both absurd and dignified. To Plock, his sketchbook acts as a vessel for releasing hilarious thoughts in order to focus on painting. Read the interview in Kenoyer’s article, “Inside the Sketchbook of Ferris Plock;” and catch Ferris’ show “Carry On” at Shooting Gallery to see Ferris’ art in it’s final stage, on view until November 3rd.
More drawings after the jump!
